Our relationship with you doesn't simply end at closing. Your Bigelow representative will walk you through your new home prior to closing, making notes on items that require attention and answer questions. At this walk-through, you will receive a Homeowners Manual that includes two service requests; one to be submitted to Bigelow Homes after 30 days, and one after 11 months. This Homeowners Manual is your personal guide to homeowners maintenance and warranty issues and is designed to be a reference source for the life of your home. Bigelow Homes is committed to our mission as a homebuilder and in support of that, we offer a full time service department as a contact source for you, the homeowner.
