WOODCREST DISCLOSURE
The eight homes in Woodcrest are being built in partnership with Olmsted County HRA and the City of Rochester. The HRA provided a portion of the financing for the Builder at zero interest to create this project. The savings are passed on to the buyer through reduced sales prices.
The HRA has placed certain restrictions on the buyers of this project:
Buyers must have a household income at or below 120% of the Area Median Income of Olmsted County. As of April 24, 2025, the Median Income is $125,600.00. 120% would be $150,720.00.
Olmsted County is asking for one of the following for income verification:

A statement from the Finance Agency confirming the individual’s total income, or
-
A copy of the individual’s tax return that shows total income.
Harvest West was also awarded buyer reimbursement funds from the City of Rochester's Home Ownership Creation Program. Buyers will be entitled to a reimbursement in the approximate amount of $10,200.00. This money can be used to reduce the cost of the home, add extras, or finish part of the lower level, or towards any closing costs the buyer may have.
The City's reimbursement also has the following conditions:
There is a restriction on renting the units for a period of 5 years, and a requirement that it can be demonstrated that the homebuyers benefit from the reimbursements. Woodcrest consists of 8 homes, with 2 being split-level homes, and the remaining 6 homes will be ramblers. Two of the Rambler homes will be accessible with a main floor laundry. All homes have a two-car attached garage and walk-out basements. The initial pricing includes an unfinished basement.

Accessible Rambler Homes $348,400.00
These prices do not include the City’s Reimbursement fee. The Reimbursement fee will be deducted from these sales prices
